Heb je een specifiek topic waar je dieper op in wil gaan? Of voel je dat er iets niet stroomt zonder te weten waarom? Beide is oké. We vertrekken vanuit gesprek en volgen intuïtief wat er nodig is; diepgaande gesprekken om tot bepaalde inzichten te komen al dan niet in combinatie met energetisch lichaamswerk.

What is my method?

You are unique, so it will always be a tailor-made process. I'll meet you right where you are. You have the option to first schedule a free introductory meeting to see if we vibe and how we can work for you!

During the programs I combine intensive coaching conversations with astrology, crystal therapy, energetic healing and accessible intuitive guided meditations if you are open to this and if I feel that you need this. I feel for you what your soul needs!

I work exclusively with coaching programs (in addition to the intense Deep Dive session), because I can say from experience that it takes at least three sessions to initiate a beneficial change. This way you can more easily come to terms with your feelings, give yourself time to digest all the information & insights and become more confident in your own strength.

Practical

Each coaching session lasts approximately 90 minutes and takes place at Joyffee (in Stokrooie, Hasselt).

Is the distance too far for you or do you prefer to do the sessions from your own living room? Then online coaching is a great option for you! We then simply meet each other via FaceTime or Zoom.
