Would you like to consciously spend time with yourself this fall and discover what meditation can do for you?
With lots of love and positive energy, I, Joyce , would like to guide you during four live meditation sessions around a specific theme (each session is different) of 1 hour.
Relax for an hour and connect with yourself on a deeper level. You don't have to do anything, just lie relaxed - with your eyes closed - on your mat and let the soft music & my voice carry you away. Be surprised by the power of these sessions!
With this booking you can reserve your place for the new Relaxation Meditation series in November. After your reservation, you will receive a link by email to easily make the payment.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
⋒ The series of 4 sessions continues on
or on Monday evening November 7, 14, 21 and 28 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM (FULL)
or on Wednesday evenings 2, 9, 16 & 23 November from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM (FULL)
⋒ The investment in yourself for a series of 4 sessions is €100 (you will receive the payment link after your booking)
⋒ The meditation takes place in a small group (5 people) at Joyffee (in Herk-de-Stad)
⋒ You don't need to bring anything, everything (yoga mat, blanket and eye pillow) is provided for you
⋒ Address Joyffee; Grotestraat 90 bus 5 in Herk-de-Stad. You can park your car for free (and without a card) on the square next to the church of Berbroek (you will see this clearly). Then you can enter through the wooden gray gate/door at the entrance of the square farm and ring the bell at number 5. Then you're there!
